The Day Activity Worker functions as the primary frontline caregiver for the client, responsible for emergency response, day programming, cultural plans and connection, community linkage and activities such as appointments, grocery shopping, and daily routines. Responsibilities also include complete required documentation and reporting, all cleaning duties of a household, sanitation, and meal preparation. The Day Activity Worker will support the clients with education, life skill, and career development in accordance with their individual treatment plan.
